- Forum Lounge for real life discussions: Member pics, birthdays, activities, education, health, relationships, etc.
- Anime & Manga of the month subforum, which gets replaced every month (if you're up for the job) All related topics go into this subsection, and will generally be active due to it being the anime/manga of the month anyway.
If somehow you could put up a no post count for these sections, then that would be great.

That Questions and Complaints forum clearly isn't working, so I'm still in favor of a Support section or at least change the name of it and be clear that they actually make a thread and be clear on what they're asking or complaining about.

new moderators will be required to operate those new forums.
make sure you have a good knowledge in the forums you want to apply.

when i will have 2 moderators for each forum, i will create them.

send the application the way you want it, just make sure that you will be articulate, any bad English PM, will be REJECTED ON SIGHT
