Welcome Ladys and Gentleman to "Sport&Health"

!WELCOME!
As you already know this is a new section which is called "Sports&Health". This section was created for everybody and not for a specific group of members or anything like that, so every member even if he just registered can take part in this new section. So don´t be shy all members are nice people(well the most of them) and will not annoy because you can´t speak English very well for example or anything else, but if some do they will get into big trouble. In this section you can talk about what ever you want to BUT it has to be connected with Sports, Health or even both together. But please don´t make hundreds of topics just to get a higher position on the stats list, if I should notice such users I´ll simply delete their topics, so please don´t misuse this section. If you have some questions just ask them in the "Help-topic".
To avoid some rule problems you can find the rules below this sentence or in Z´s topic:

If your avatar/signature or
status image exceeds (goes outside it's colored line) it's limit, it is
too big.
If you violate any rule of this ones you will get a warn and when you get three warns you will get banned for a specific period of time, which depends on the rules you broke.
The Leader
The small leader behind this section is me and Storm and by the way I m ITACHI- UCHIHA maybe some of already know me because of my sprites. Well I am also a normal member. I am active in ROOT. I really love spritineg and all other art-stuff. My job is actually simple: I will look after this section to keep it regular that means I will look after spammer, Flamers... and stop them so that this section won't be in chaos. If you have some question about this section just pm and I will answer as fast as possible. I hope we will have a nice time together.

RULES

- No
spamming: One word posts(like: "cool", "lmao", "hi" etc.) and posts that
only say "I agree with you" are spam. - No double posting
UNLESS you are updating your own thread (has to be on topic). - Do
not revive old threads. Threads are considered to be old once they've
remained inactive for a month, this does not apply to sticky threads or
announcements. - No flaming other users (flaming
moderators and administrators will result in a 3 months ban). - DO
NOT POST ALL IN CAPS, IT GETS REALLY ANNOYING. - Speak
ENGLISH ONLY in the main forum. If you want to talk in other languages,
do it in PM or the language board. - If you report someone
and your report is invalid you can be warned for this! - Do not act like a mod. Which means telling
people to stop breaking the rules (you can ask though), or pretending to
punish them for so. - No pornography, meaning anything
18+. - Do not complain to random mods/admins about warns.
Complain to the mod who gave you the warn 1st, before so. - Using
multiple accounts is not allowed (violation will result in your main
account getting warned and your other one(s) getting banned). - You
can not have an avatar/signature or status that is bigger than the
bellow limits.

For the record Nymo, we're both the leaders of this section, so cut the nonsense about Itachi being the main leader here. Therefore, it's both of our responsibilities to keep this section maintained and spam-free. If you got a problem with that, feel free to rant elsewhere. Otherwise, shut up and let us do our jobs in peace.
