Post by ACE KyoUno August 4th 2010, 10:38 am

How do you usually wake up in morning?
Do you feel sleepy or fresh?
Do you wakes up in ceratin minute or do you prefer to stay in bed for "another five minutes"?

I used to wake up easily every morning. I woke up in 7 a.m. and felt very good...
But now it is changed... Nowadays my feelings in morning are different. I can be fresh or sleepy or even not to wake up. I've got a desire to sleep more and more.
But I dont want to continue like this... maybe it's age-related feature... idk

So, what about you?

its kind of like that

I tend to be grumpy and swear alot when I am not fully awake, the onyl way they can get me up is by putting fresh hot coffee near me
taking my blanket, pillow or opening the window in middle of winter doesnt work, neither is spraying me with ice cold water

as you grow up and get into puberty, the body needs more hours to adapt, there for, you feel the need to sleep. (do you go to sleep at the same time?)

the normal sleeping time is from 6-7 and a half hours for grown up, but for teenagers it's 8-9 hours easy.

5 hour avg here...
edit: what do jews know about sleep anyways?

you are too afraid of somebody stealing your moneys to do that..its a fact

that is why gas chambers killed jews

hitler was a good man,and made gas chambers with sleeping gas so that the jews can get some rest

but when they fell asleep they thought that somebody might steal their money and died from fear

Well, when I wake up there are two options:
-If I've slept really short and it's the middle of the night, I usually am instantly awake.
-If not, I just open my eyes and just think about how I don't want to get up.

On school days I go to sleep at around 2 am and wake up at 6 am, but i just turn off my alarm and sleep till 6.30. lol, so I just get like 4 hours sleep, because I'm an idiot, and I'm always late in school, but I never feel sleepy in school. But when I return home, I sleep till dinner, so i get my needed sleep.

Well, on holidays, i dunno, do I even sleep ?
