If you are after female-ness Keoto, the Narutofan forum
has a much more balanced gender ratio, you could try
bringing up this place there. Razz

Although, what probably the biggest prob here is the mindset,
It's hard to encourage someone to join a forum they're already
being effectively discriminated against in.
