There's no bloodline when it comes to being good in art. It's not hereditary or anything of the sort.
Just because my father is good in art doesn't mean I all of suddenly am good in it as well.

You and your brothers probably watched as children, when she was drawing, and learned a bit. Maybe you could inherit some skill like developed spatial imagination, but that's all.
