I would kick that toddlers ass but then Ill be almost worse as he is plus it would be human cruelty. Whats sad is a guardian recording this, what would happen when that toddler grows up with the idea of attacking animals is okay.

I find animal cruelty mutch worse.
Its weak when they are hurting and torturing animals like that...

But iv' seen mutch worse... didnt you all ged a mail with that video where they just skin animals alive for their fur..? Thats was sick...

Still i hope because of this video they put that guardian away from the kid and in jail..
