How can I rank up in this site? Like some academy student or jonin etc.. ? Also how can I increase my HEALTH and CHAKRA.. ? plz help me

You increase health when people +rep you, you increase chakra every time you post.

Online time and posts increase your chakra, making threads decreases it.

I registered in august 2008 and did not post for a year, and when I started posting I already got 2000 chakra or something.
So I guess it is online time or shit like that.
