No one is issuing any allegations at this time, as far as we know, he was a random and how he got his powers was probably by hacking someone's password, which reminds me, password change for anyone who has a weak password. (global mods/admins)

The guy "Limbitz" claimed that you had told him you wanted to
test something and gave him the means.
While a fairly suspicious claim, he also presented evidence.
We're working on deciphering the the evidence's credibility
