Well, I was a member of the fire country, I'd like to join again. Not to good at spriting or coding. I guessing I have decent english language. So, can I join?

You were? Don't remember you and you probably got kicked out of the country because of in-activeness. (Duh, most common reason) So show to us that you are active in the forum, NOT by spamming. But by posting appropriately and correctly in threads and do this for a few days until we are satisfied. (Probably a year or 2, the earliest would be around 6-7 months? Yeah, we are that evil.)
