Pulsars are spinning remnants of collapsed stars. They sing make sounds when they spin lol.

The fastest pulsar recorded spins 11 times per second. And they actually have surfaces(stay on a surface spinning 11 times per second).

eh, wasn't our galaxy heading straight torwards another galaxy?

Yes. Andromeda is going to crush with us in about 5,7 billion years(if I'm not wrong), but we still have some little galaxies near, that are heading toward our.(while far ones are getting farther)

The result of the collision between Andromeda and our galaxy will obviously swallow those little ones, and we will have a supergalaxy in about 100 billion years.

nah, nothing will hapen if our two galaxys collide, there's so much empty space between each sun, there's no way anything will collapse atall, it's like if two fly swarms fly into each other, they will just go straight through it

I don't think so. Galaxies also dilate space-time, so, if they crush on each other, they'll be trapped in one position.

Also, our galaxy has a giant blackhole in its center, and everything leads to infer, that Andromeda also has one, so the blackholes would just fuse, and then trap all matter around him.

And you know, it's not like something throws Andromeda at us, the space-time dilatation just bring them together.

But I don't know, I'm saying this without searching. :|
