Outrage in Japan
For the fifth day Japan is falling apart. Ten thousand people are missing from the earthquake, the damage in a quarter of a billion, the leakage of radiation and explosions in the NP, and this is just the beginning
What do you think about this? How people can live in such a situation? I understand that many people do not care, but ..
P.S.- As a "bonus " the list of missing actors who voiced some popular anime`s characters..

Re: Outrage in Japan
Japanese people are handling this so well.. as to be expected of the only nation to be attacked with nuclear weapons.
Look at Haiti's reaction after their earthquake, now look at Japan after multiple tragedies.
I honestly believe anywhere else on earth, people would be following in Haiti's footsteps with crime on the rise and other self inflicted issues.
How will they live in this situation? They will cope and rebuild.

Re: Outrage in Japan
Come on, it's Japan... the whole world is helping them as we speak. Even if their nuclear plant enters a full meltdown, they can, and they WILL deal with it properly. All the people important to me are alive; and despite me feeling compassion to the families which suffered losses, I am confident in their ability to live through this crisis.

Re: Outrage in Japan
Indeed this is Japan, they are best prepeared for earthquakes and as dtk stated nuclear "outrages", but they already stated that a worst case scenario wont be as catastrophic as Chernobil. The tsunamies are something else, but the world is still willing to help so... The thing they should be worrying are the casualties :\
Re: Outrage in Japan
Well, the worst case scenario is already approaching - the contamination level reached Level 6, with Chernobyl ranking at level 7. You could guess how high on their toes everyone is in there.

Re: Outrage in Japan
The crisis is serious. But I'm preety sick of hearing Japan everywhere I've been the last couple days. Went to a brand new restaurant last sunday, and they had nothing but Japan news on their televisions, support posters, and stuff.

Re: Outrage in Japan
Because that is what Matters right now !!
And I think that those nukes can be more powerful then Chernobyl !!
So we need to help how much we can to prevent the worst case scenario !

Re: Outrage in Japan
Meh... Libya was also a big deal in the first days, but now i hear about it 5m per day and the "outrage" there is still intact!
But, indeed a guess (from what I read now, cuz i havent checked anything abt it today) that this is more serious cuz its about raddiation and it can also spread outside of Japan so thats why everyone pays more attention about it!

Re: Outrage in Japan
They turn of electricity once in 3 hours. Why the f*ck would they air Naruto? I think kids can wait. They might aswell broadcast the latest news. Not that they don't. But spending more time on it would be more useful.

Re: Outrage in Japan
Japan surly will collapase for a while. Then build back up in the next 2-5 years. If you live in the US think about the most powerful earthquake we've ever had, now add huricane Katrina to that, and the nuclear accident we had in Pennsylvania in the 1980's, happening all at the same time. Still not as worse.

No one gives a f*ck about America.
@Boss
Natural disasters happen quite often in USA if I'm not wrong. Also you guys have some real things to worry, like the San Andreas fault, you know...

Re: Outrage in Japan
You know what ?? Screw animes and screw America, people are f*cking dying and you people are thinking about goddamn animes !?
And as about America, Pearl Harbor and God's payback, I think this all got settled when America screwed over Hiroshima and Nagasaki... Have a little compassion for f*ck's sake... Damn... People died and are still dying over there...
And seriously, with all America has been doing, I highly doubt God is going take sides with America... Not that I want to start a hate debate...

Re: Outrage in Japan
They were kidding Portgaz.
Japan's stock-market has crashed because obviously every one is selling their stocks and no one is in the position to buy. This will change eventually but only if they tackle one problem at a time.. they have quite the list already.
