Tobi is the secret in the Naruto Manga/Anime series...
But...Who is Tobi? Tobi Cant be obito...Obito is not confirmed dead , but , Madara fights with Yondaime...Remember?
So...Obito was a Child or dont born in that year...He can't be Tobi...Alone...
Who is tobi? Naruto11

Shisui??...No! He can't be a traitor of the clan...or can?

That's Not madara...Madara have long hair...And can't be Itachi...Itachi have deep sad eyes...Itachi uses Magyenkyou to kill all, or not?

The right half of Obito was crushed by a boulder so it is not him.
It can't be Senju Tobirama because he has white hair.

So I believe it is Kagami Uchiha... Reason for this is because not only does his hair look like Tobi’s, it would seem Kagami Uchiha is using the abbreviation (The first four letters) of his teams captain Tobirama Senju, the second hokage.

I also think something like what he said Divisor, there are only 2 options, to be a ninja who has previously appeared in the manga or is a new character (which is unlikely, but possible)

In the video... We can see Chakra Antenna's in his arms...Shisui lose the arm right? And if Danzo tooks ONE eye of him he can tooks One eye of other uchiha... So...Why he have a Magenkyou Sharingan? The Koto Amatsukami!
