Since this guy is from Poland, when he said what football team do you support, he meant what soccer team do you support (for guys from the States).
I support Football Club Partizan Belgrade. Partizan also has a whole more bunch of clubs like Basketball Club, Volleyball Club, Hockey Club, Tennis Club, Handball Club, Waterpolo Club, etc... So yeah, Partizan is a Sport Association from Belgrade, founded in 1945. It has 26 clubs in 26 sports.

I thought it was called Futball to stop the confusion. But I suppose the topic would have been called " American Football " anyways. I do not think America is that involved into Football as other countries.

I don't think the bills really rival anything right now. Every year it's suppose to be ours, then we dwindle down and end up in the same pile of crap.

Having national pride put on the line over a silly sport is just stupid. All "major-league" sports are stupid really because they are just grown men playing games intended for children and getting paid MILLIONS of dollars to do it. Pay this to teachers you f*cking animals. I don't see how running around a field and kicking a d*mn ball is more important than training our next generation. Put that money into community services, welfare, medicaid, PETA could probably find a better use for that money. ESPECIALLY when people can't even handle themselves when in this kind of situation.
By the way, this applies even more to American Football. Cause instead of kicking the ball around the field, you intentionally bash your head against a 270 pound bulldozer.
I watch Football, but just because in my family I really have to if I want to share any sort of interest with them.. Honestly sports should be a pleasant distraction from hardships of life, not RIOT brewing money pits.
Anyways, that ends my flare rage.

I agree with Phoenix. But please let me explain something to you guys...
As some of you already know, the money football players earn for their running around the field will never go to teachers, for example. Just because "football is a gentleman's game played by hooligans" (I'm talking about the soccer this time, not American Football). So yeah, they are not intended for children at all, they were at first 'invented' for a "greater purpose"...
Gentlemen in this case are people like Roman Abramovich or Silvio Berlusconi, and hooligans are professional football players. Those professional football players are well payed to entertain Gentlemen. Greater shit occurs when those Gentlemen are not anymore satisfied by just watching those games, so they are starting to compete between each others, buying professional football teams and new players for that teams and spending billions of dollars for that purpose. That's how large sum of money end up in sports these days.
Anyways, Phoenix post reminded me to my uncle who always flare rages like that when I tell him some new transfer in the World of Football. When I mention to him how much money some football club spent for one ordinary human being like us, he just rages and tells almost same things Phoenixs said.

Crazy to think about though. Military soldiers get payed less than American Football and Football players. You would have thought it was the other way around due to the risk of getting seriously injured or even killed out in the wars. But I guess they are looking at the fact that the tax payers money I suppose - pays for their artillery and other stuff required to stay alive in the war.

nothing else to say.
i hate football(the one where people are kicking a round ball in nets) and dont like any sports at all, maybe with the exception of some eastern martial art fighting sports. since i love to fight people but i hate overrated time waster competitions of billionaire superstar 1# and 2#.
but obviously football won the competition of overratedness with the last world cup that was held in South Africa (it was there right? didnt really pay attention) making most of Earth's population HAVING to care about it
