I'm a dumb, deleted all my recorded fights

Do you guys know how to recovery files in windows 7? Man everything is gone, aw shit

Even mine fight with mientus on the previous tournament that I was going to upload later face palm

theres a few programs that lets u restore stuff that u deleted from trash can too. google around a bit
