NTSD 2.4 Main probelm ( Sorry for being noisy )

I'm really sorry for posting a second problem in a very short time , but if anyone can help me , i have win 7 ulitmate 32 bit and i really want to play the main NTSD 2.4 but if anyone could tell me how i can go over this problem the game is so buggy

I expected XavierEvera to post one of his nay posts that solves this problem, but I guess I'll just dig up one of them:

tell me your pc specs please and try with ntsd 2.0a is a improve version

Yes, but then again some stuff does only work on the original version, and those stuff are what she seeks.

Thanks lars and naruto it seems nothing works for me...i don't even know how to turn off my directx 3d .. if someone could just say it in details and my specs are win 7 ultimare 32 bit and GTS 450, processor i3 3.7 , 1tb hard, 4 gb ram :\
