Those electro charge effects aren't electrifying, instead makes them random. The effects quite screw the BG

Block BGs don't suite much
Effects screw it well
middle potion looks messy due to some unwanted effects

quality is not good

Advice:

You can sharpen when the quality is poor, you can always low the effect of the sharpened layer. You can play with sharpening till you get the perfect quality

- Never make those BGs. You can always find good Stocks from Google images

- Never place text too far from the render and never place the render in the corner.

- You can use Simple Text color when the BG is nice

- you can work well with the flow once you start adding good effects that won't look random

- If you don't sharpen, atleast you can use Gradient Map on Soft light if you can't play much with it and by GM, the improvement in the quality of the Signature will be seen

- Also you don't have to make the text too big. Just make it small and suitable. Don't worry, with experience, you'll get more idea about it
