Vampire Diaries

Has any of you watched that? After the 9th episode, I realized how much it was similiar to Twilight(the books). An emo loner vampire who has been a 17-year old for over a hundred year falls in love with a schoolgirl from the same class, just because she's "special".
But it won't be that easy! There are other vampires and supernaturals in their way, some even trying to snatch her away from his side. The main character vampire even has a gel-hair like Edward in Twilight(movie).

EDIT: Also, they tend to break up because:
"It's too dangerous to be around me T_T" - vampire
"Nuu, dun' leave meh!" - girl
"I'm a bad man." - vampire
"Nuuu." - girl
*vampire walks away*
or
"It's too dangerous to be around you T_T" - girl
"Nuu, dun' leavem eh!" - vampire
"You're a bad man." - girl
"Nuuu." - vampire
*girl walks away*

Meh, True Blood is the only vampire series worth watching.

Is this some new show for 15year old girls?

Yea you can say that....In my opinion the only true vampire movies or series(which would be true blood) are Bram Stoker's Dracula,The Lost Boys,Vampire Hunter X And Marvel's Blade !! Others are just ....meh.

I have read bram stoker's dracula, and the continue of that story.

I like vampire diaries.

vampire diaries is a great show, i find no flaws

I was just trying to point out how similar they are. I find it quite interesting as well, can't see why would it be "show for 15year girls". Love + vampires = show for teen girls?
