well, i really don't like the fight system in NTSD II. And thats why I vote for third: REMOVE!

I like to battle people normally and kick on their butt without running away above like cowards, so.. Removing them is a good idea.. btw you should remove the 1st vote, I mean who would want a buggy platform when they can get a bug-free? XD

Btw, Recordings are important because of championships.

Platforms causes some bugs that we can't remove for now (not just recording bugs), awkward behavior of chars...

But... I think platforms are very important. For example, if you want to have more time to recharge charka without being attacked by enemies, you should jump into platforms

True but in a pvp match if the oponent just jump from platform to platform ? It's kind of a troll xD

No platforms and recording! Best option!

Taking into account that there is only one coder in the NTSD team, I imagine will not be easy to eliminate all bugs that cause the platforms, which is why I think it's an important issue, so I'll make a suggestion / alternative (as they prefer to call it) considering that there is still time.

I agree with Samael about the strange behavior of some characters (except for Temari) for example, are people who like to train with the PC games 1 Vs 4 have seen the characters take an object of healing is walks away and only dedicated to escape, until you hit it.

Not sure if this is possible, but about 3 years ago Zxcv showed a video or gif (cannot remember) of how Naruto could climb a rock in NTSD 2.4 like a platform (unfortunately I did not find the video ). There is another video that Nave has on his channel where Naruto appears going up to a tree and trying to jump from one to another, similar to the ability of Yamato NTSD 2.4 when creating a forest.


One reason to create mounds of dirt and large rocks at the beginning of the game is to avoid what happens in NTSD 2.4, that pressing the weapon button (F8), drop from the sky and you hit a rock.

Hm...Look... Right now, i'm creating one move with platform. I'm working hard to solve platform's problems because i don't wanna remove it. This is an inovation from NTSDII (i don't like, but it is...). Yesterday i finally found a way to make something that i was trying to do for a long time(Prepare for inovations ^^).


About trees. I wanna make trees like platforms and use wall run to escalate it.

And about natural platforms, I'll make some tests on it. For now its working but not so fast like the old method.

I'm working a lot these days to try to fix bugs and see what will continue in game.

Yes! Remove platforms. But keep the wall-running thing in there. Maybe even let characters be able to run up along the sides of buildings for finesse.
