help resizing sprites

I need help on resizing some sprites I made to make it a little smaller but it gets blurry and its too big to upload in the internet it won't work
Plz can u help me I don't want it to get blurry

If you ware resizing, make sure to hold shift while resizing. If not then just re make it.

I don't know if shift resizing in paint works, you are best to get GIMP or Photoshop and resize it there. If you want you can give it to me and I'll do it.
