how do i cancel my block?

whenever i press block, my character stays stationary as if it's bugged and only recovers when i get knocked down, is this normal, and if it is, how do i use my skills that require l(block) key.

maybe is a problem with ntsd.dll becasuse sometimes antivirus detect this like a virus and they block it, and this file is necesary to ntsd, so i recomend u that add this file in your antivirus exceptions
