Transformation fails in win8

Just like other people said before my posting I have problem with transforming characters
I really want to play the game but things just mess up without transforming chararcters
since I`m not the only one who has this problem, I think there`s something wrong with the program (not computer)
I`m looking forward to play the game so it would be a pleasure to see the fixed versions



p.s. stage mode doesn`t work either
on the first stage kakashi just stands there still when he is supposed to use his skills and fight

I am not 100% sure about the cause, but I've got this hunch based on the following assumptions:
1-The game uses some sort of DLL that modifies the exe.
2-The modifications this DLL makes involves a new 4xxx transformation state.
3-These DLLs usually triggers false positives from a couple of antiviruses.

Now if 3 is what happens in your case, then your antivirus might have took action and deleted the DLL it thinks is infectious. Deleting that would mean that all the modifications the DLL cause will not work anymore; including the 4xxx state which is used for transformation.

If all I said above is true, then you can fix it by doing the following:
1-Disable your antivirus temporarily.
2-Re-extract the game into your games; directory.
3-Add the game's exe and dll as an exception for positives in your antivirus settings.
4-Enable your antivirus, and run the game.
