NTSD 2.4 (2.0a) character problems

picking Naruto and Sasuke ,i realize that i can't change form ,even if i've done the combo correctly *sad face*

Now if 3 is what happens in your case, then your antivirus might have took action and deleted the DLL it thinks is infectious. Deleting that would mean that all the modifications the DLL cause will not work anymore; including the 4xxx state which is used for transformation.

If all I said above is true, then you can fix it by doing the following:
1-Disable your antivirus temporarily.
2-Re-extract the game into your games; directory.
3-Add the game's exe and dll as an exception for positives in your antivirus settings.
4-Enable your antivirus, and run the game.
