im not going to be on for awhile (until maybe next week) because i have lots of homework and i still have to practice for the concert band because i have a solo (and the concert is next week).

and of course that stuff is more important than the forum... =)

Not doing your homework is just a reason for teachers to fail you easily. Homework is basically what it is: HOME-WORK. Not necessarily work to be done at home, but work to be done in a timely manner and turned in on time. I used to not do my homework and suffered alot from it.

well in high school somtimes they mix your work habits(homework how you behave ect) and content(tests quizzes) together. then it messes people up i mean some had to reapeat 8th grade

eh? well i am in an advanced class (if you can call it that (im in gifted)), so i get more homework, and our school has a really retarded system that makes some classes gifted/non-gifted only, and some classes have gifteds and non-gifteds together, which means in those classes, the teachers go easy on the non-gifteds, and have crazy expectations for the gifteds. not to mention that practically every non-gifted person calls us nerds. *sniff* just because we're smarter than you *sniff*

but the truth is that some non-gifteds are a lot more nerdy/geeky than most people from gifted, because all they do is stay at home and play counter-strike or other games like that and have no social life. but they join in on the "gifteds are nerds" game anyway.
