yes because we are alot different then other countries the kage must fit all of them because we have long evolved from just an art country..and now we agreed.....I lack certain qualities and Z lacks certain qualities so we will combine....like in the time of the romans we will have 2 leaders ,and for the senat we already have something like that..kind of

Having 2 leaders to run Sound isn't really solving the problem. More like creating new issues.

nope most members are fine with it....correction all are fine with it...it has been like that for the last 2 weeks because even tho I was on vocation I still dropped in and moded a little ....it makes perfect logic...he is kind and caring..and I am kind of cruel and can be a asshole when pissed of
