Wouldn't know, and I honestly don't care.
I, along with a LOT of other people from a forum I used to be on
hated the ads so much we signed a petition to
make it so their ad couldn't be on the site.

In any event, worst-looking game ever and no LaughingHidan, the half-naked girls have nothing to do with the game. It's more like a poor attempt at getting people to play it.
