Hmm... She's being kinda ego if you ask me. He's basically saying: "Hey, it's my birthday, what are you getting me?" Oh wait... that's exactly what she's saying... And if you hardly even know her, then don't get her anything. Because as much as i know, to give someone a present you have to go to her house or to somewhere where she is. And she probably has a birthday party, so it would probably be akward to be with a bunch of people that think you're friends with that girl. And if you go there, the girl probably wants you to stay... And like i said, you'd be stuck with people you don't know anything about. I say don't get her a present. Ofcourse it's polite to do so, but if someone asks like that, it's just rude.
