what?
can you even deactivate neji's byakugan and drunken fist? if not, you have to let the opponent to hit you to turn it off and get yourself in a 50% hp damage combo?

(and you would have to get a free hit for breaking it too. so no way you can avoid being hit after you use it right?)

Btw I think its older version of the rules.
I remember pretty well that spam rule was dont use jutsu more than 2 times in a row
and after using it twice there has to be 20 seconds break before re using.

of course i dont. i have never fought anyone online in any lf, and ntsd 2.4 takes like half an hour at least to load, and then its even slow as f*ck

but if you care, you could tell me your explanation of what i thought wrong
