Multi Quote Feature

I am pretty confused about it.
Since almost on daily basis I have to multi quote members I would appreciate if someone could remind me about how to use it exactly ?

Quoting each post one by one kills a lot of time so please give detailed instruction on how the multi quote button is used.

Click the posts you want to multi-quote, then go down all the way to the bottom of the forum page and click the Add Reply button which is right next to the New Topic button.
