Toto's Sprites (UPDATED!)

As the old thread is gone, let me start a new one here.

Athena Asamiya (just a small edit)


NEW: Ryo Sakazaki from KOFXIII in KOF96-like stance (LOTS of tricky copy-&-paste, also shading, etc.)

I showed two versions, but personally I think ver 2 is better as it is like a correct stance (ver 1 Ryo is gonna fall! )
Anyway, I'm not going to make the stance exactly the same as KOF96 one.
In the next version, I will try to recolor and make him looks like himself in KOF96.

Iori from KOFXIII ported to LF2 (I tried my best to comprehend the spriting style of LF2)

edit2: recolored, updated the shading and details

I may fix some mistakes later if I'm free.

I prefer the original legs on the KOF sprite, but adding onto the shirt looks pretty good. Why not try and change the length of the sleeves or add a jacket or something to test yourself some more
Good job on the LF2 sprites, but its easier and you'll get a better finish if you use a photo editor instead of paint for them. Just copy the sprite over then increase the size by x2/x3, do what needs done and decrease the size again. But don't put major detail into it, you'll lose it when you put it back to normal size

I also prefer original legs on Athena in fact cuz they're Athena's "feature"
I may try spriting more in this style later..
When I saw those professionals can sprite a full custom sprite in KOFXIII style, I thought they were awesome. I haven't learnt anything about detailed structure of human body (especially muscles) and it is important for such style.

I suddenly thought that Mark looks alike Sam Stone. Therefore I modified Mark sprite and made this. Welcome for comments.
