Weird enough, it has been about... three to four months since the last tournament. So this time, the tournament is being hosted by Little Jiraiya (last tournaments winner) and I. Official sign-ups start now. Hopefully, this tournament will bring more competitors and be as successful as the last tournament. Sign-ups end August 10th.

Rules: Normal Hamachi rules apply.

Rounds: 2 out of 3.

How to show proof:

Record the fight with a recording program if you are not using 2.4a.

Both people can just agree on the winner

Take a screenshot after every battle

Special Conditions: Little Jiraiya and Snow supplied new special conditions to make the tournament more enjoyable.

Special Condition #1: All three rounds must be played. Even if one person already won two fights in a row. To really see how dominant one is in that match.

Special Condition #2: Every round, you must use a new fighter. No repeating fighters.

Special Condition #3: The person who loses his first match picks a character after the victor for 2 last matches

Eg.
You pick sasuke and I pick tenten.
I win your sasuke.
So now I must pick first so you can choose a counter character if you want to be a lamer.
So I must pick first... I pick... ROCK LEE
You pick deidara and lose again.
Now I must pick first again.
I pick hidan
And so you can try to find a counter for him.

Little Jiraiya* ( He will be fighting in the grand finals, to give someone else a higher chance on winning the tournament. The match between this tournaments winner and him will declare who is the best player in NTSD.
