1. I didn't force anything on Lightning. I said I will help if G man asks for my help on something. The same applies to both Earth and Water.

2. That will be up for discussion if the universal clan is ever made.

3. The first impression does make a big difference on whether or not you will get into a country. However, I don't believe it to be favoritism when it comes to new applicants applying to a country. That's just my opinion.

we didnt get smippa as kage either and compared to the current kages he woulda been a godsend xDD

I actually didn't become the Hokage back then . But I didn't keep on complaining or demanding to become the hokage . I simply accepted it and moved on . For months I just did my job and didn't demand or ask for anything . I left the forum after Cross became inactive. Later I was called back over fb like after 7-8 months to come and lead Fire not because I am Storm's friend or something but because I am good at running stuffs .

2. I don't care much about what outsiders have to say I know what I am doing and as long as its the people who are affected by what I am doing are satisfied , I don't need to worry about random outsiders .

I was continuously in lightning from 2008 to these days. I believe countries were made for country wars etc, but now when nobody plays ntsd anymore and user pool is shrunken, how about we but countries on hold?

@Byrd: I've read this thread thoroughly and from my point of view their rejection seems justified to me.

It's been maybe half a dozen posts of you disrespecting others and from my experience as a recruiter, you simply check a user's background, you will go to his past posts and see what are they made of, I'd say out of all, the most critical aspect of this judgement is personality and then grammar, punctuation, activity even though that is also critical but can't be determined just from a new user.
If in the past you've shown a little of what you've shown in this thread, being generally unpleasant, ordering admins you hardly know around, I'm sorry, but the country as a group, is basically somewhat a community and you won't fit there if most their members already don't like you, I think some even from before this thread.

About councils' harsh trials and decision-making, I think the council knows its country and requirement best than any of us and should be allowed to make their tests harder or easier according to need, even up to close their group for a limited time if need be.

Regardless, I do support your idea to make more countries available and make sure at least X number of countries are open at any time to make variety in countries and make it simpler for new members. (can be enforced by a moderator)

Please ask Storm who he banned right after my post before you make a laughing stock out of yourself, if someone violates the rules they will be warned/banned, I don't mind doing it myself in my section since I'm governing it, in regards to Offtopic it's Storm's job.

About Tfwtolly, he may have flamed you once but you sure started it, the right thing would be to ban both but meh, again, every mod is responsible for his own sections and gives his own judgements to whatever violations are going on, if it's blatant, it's easy to issue a ban straight away, it's a subtle one, mod can even let that slide.

Let me make this clear, I don't mind one of those was directed to me and I have looked at the first page and it had more than a few posts that were stupid and out of place from other members but that doesn't justify to return the favor.

I expect people to be mature about it and ignore the oh-so unnerving comments like 'shut up', I get that a lot and I let it slide, it's not much of a flame to get a ban but maybe a warn depending on the circumstance, but then again I'm not moderating this section so best I can do is expect people to behave or make a remark about it, want someone banned for flaming you? report him and don't flame back, I think that takes away legitimacy for asking anyone to be punished.
