To apply the PPF patches on Windows:

Using UMDGEN v4.0
1) Make a backup copy of your ISO
2) Extract the PPF patch from the RAR file
3) Open the the ISO(the game you desire) in UMDGEN
4) Click the Apply PPF button and find the PPF file
5) Click the Apply button (On the window that say "PPF Version 3")
6) Once done, you can close UMDGEN. (no need to use save, as the patch is applied to the ISO you open)
7) Copy the ISO to your memory stick.

Umm, why dont you just go to pspisoz.com and download Naruto shippuden akatsuki? Great game. The fighting in this game is amazing. And I d ont know how many of you are KH fans, but there will be a release for the psp version this year! Can't wait.
