Modern Warfare 2 Gears

Since I might be getting a 360, I was wondering what gears you guys use. I personally like sub-machine guns.

I have got 2 choice I will send fix My Xbox360 or Buy PS3
I like sub-machine guns too If they can fix my360, we will challenge in ONLINE!!!

Well, I'm a bit pro at MW 2 both on X360 and PC so I recommend (in SMG) only UMP45 and P90 = they DO damage + are very fast (tho the little ammo can be quite disturbing).

I personally play with Sniper rifles. I mostly like Intervention or .50 Baretta , but on small maps (I mean with little places like office e.t.c.) I use Machine guns. On 1st place is (of course) AK47 and on 2nd place is ACR.

I'm going to play with this set-up tell me if it's any good?

Primary Weapon: MP5K w/ Silencer
Secondary Weapon: Magnum w/ Tactical Knife
Primary Grenade: Semtex
Secondary Grenade: Flashbang
Perks: Sleight of Hand Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Ninja Pro or Steady Aim Pro
Kill Streaks: Care Package, Predator Missile, Harrier Strike
Death Streak: Martyrdom

I'm not sure how many attachments you can add. If I can add a scope to my primary then it would be Holographic Sight.

Well it depends on your kind of playing,but what i would change in here is (only saying how i play) the faster reloading with infinite sprint,but thats just me cuz MP5 fires and reloades fast and when you add running its really good (again,only me),but since you use silencer too...maybe you like a little slower action!Killstreaks are great!

Dude that set = fail x2. Never , and I mean NEVER choose MP5 as a primary weapon in MW 1/2. Like I said - if you're so desperate about SMGs then choose UMP5 (silencer is good - they won't see you on the radar when u fire it, but it decreases range of fire a lot, and you don't want that - trust me) with either Rapid Fire or FMJ. For secondary weapon I strongly* suggest USP (Heckler and Kochk) with tactical knife or M9 with tactical knife. Primary grenade - Semtex or Grenade, secondary - flashbang (yes it's quite good, or you can choose stun grenade - it's very effective either). Your perks and kill/death streaks are good, but Final Stand is more useful, I guess (when you get better with gameplay , get more kills, for the last kill streak option I suggest the Nuke - search it up on Youtube , it's pure awesome)

Personally I use:

Primary Grenade: Grenade (More useful for a sniper than semtex - can trick enemies)

Kill Streaks: Harrier, Chopper Gunner, Nuke (Nuclear attack)
Death Streak: Final Stand

Um...You guys now that there are like 5 custom slots write!?So you can design them for different situations/maps!

lolsalad - In average I have 30 kills no deaths per game, so when I have a Nuke on my Kill streak 25 kills and boom. I have like 50 nukes or so.

Edit: Just checked - I have 139 nukes.

Acctually i'm not even 70lvl yet FTW? But there is a reason!Started,stopped,Mass Effect 2...i havent played MW2 for like 2weeks or something now.
Hey you play 360/PS3/PC ?

I own only X360 L33t and PC. They said that PSN sucked so I didn't bother buying it... Well, no God of War for me - but they're making PS3 exclusives for X360 too now! I mean look - Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Meatl Gear Solid 5, they've even made Tekken 6 for X360!

Yeah a litlle offtopic but really write!Well i have PC only (and psp who cares) and hope that i'll get a console soon!Personaly i want a PS3 dont ask why,dont complain i just do!

I play MW 2 better on PC. I mean leave the first person shooters to Mouse and Keyboard - no console can compare their gamepad to real flash of mouse.

I guess, MP5K's are for close range, I don't really plan to long shot people. I don't really like Final Stand, but since I'm a newb I think really see a difference.
