it all depends on the server,you can buy a extra connection machine that can only be used to host NTSD battle,and if its really good,it won't lag.Thats how things run for Counter Strike,and World of Warcraft....

Donating 5-10$ each of us,We can hold a hole machine of it and make a super server that will have 1% of a lag!

Or Simply Fight Ntsd with your neighbour it wont LAG.

There is one more way eigther ask your opponent to come to your house or you go to your opponents house.

If you cant do the above mentioned things simply accept the truth that is learn to fight in lags.^^.
