Advertisements won't make them money either. If Zxcv already dismissed this idea in the first place, then what makes you think he's going to accept it now? And really, Hentai is the best thing you can come up with? That stuff can be easily accessed on your own in a matter of minutes if you really wanted it, so someone can close this topic now. It's clearly not going anywhere.

okay. then your motivation will be... THE FANS! there are 14886 registered users on this forum damnit! and 79 guest is online now! IT MEANS SOMETHING! they want NTSD! now this will be you motivation! that someone (lots of people) will enjoy your work!

And how many of those 79 play the game on a regular basis, own a Paypal account, or would be willing to offer money to the team if this were in fact legal? Answer: no one would donate, plain and simple.

Nonetheless, having a lot of members on a forum supporting the team is a good thing, but since this is just a fan-based game that they've worked on for 3 years according to Nave, money shouldn't even be discussed to keep the game going. We all enjoy their work, but we don't nor should donate anything and unless this site required money to keep it up, then maybe I would willing to give them a few dollars to show my appreciation.
