Well, if it's not habited by terrible spitting aliens, there's some kind of bacteries and stuff.
We don't even know if that in the surface is water, it may be some acid shit.

Wrong, there is no evidence of any present water on Mars. The polar ice caps are composed of frozen CO2, not water.
Also, plants require a specific temperature to grow on, and Mars is too cold for them to simply live in.

Let's pray to whoever qualified as god in your opinion that no star will go supernova on us and bath our asses in gamma ray while the tech is being researched.

Probably a virus that will be like a symbiote and will "use" humans or simply a killer virus/disease.

By the time we have the technology to reach that place, we'll probably be able to lego-nize our gene so we could alter our immunity system to fend off virus and whatnot.

And there's always the anti-matter bomb for plan B if shit still happen.

All this make us look like lotus. Moving from one place to another after having consumed everything.

Well, the sun is growing hotter and one day it will start expanding (if I can recall this correctly) so Mars will probably have enough warmth for plants to grow on (Earth would have been long gone by then btw)

Agreed with the CO2 thing but we aren't going to settle on Mars right now, are we?
And the Sun's heat is increasing day by day so some day Mars will become perfect and now we can also help the plants grow in human built place on Mars which has temperature etc everything same as earth.
There are even organisms found on earth which can survive in harsh conditions so if we take them there maybe they could live there.
But this is really going to take a lot of time.

Err, if the Sun's temperature is starts increasing, that would allow for a very limited time frame for organisms to live on Mars, not to mention that Earth would be fried itself, as its current temperature is the optimum for life.

what tha hell are you talking about? it takes 20 years to travel to a 20 light years distanced planet when moving at light speed?
well no, doh! not when you yourselfe travel in there, when you look at it from earth's position, then yes, then the spaceship will arrive after 20 years only, thought when you yourselfe are inside of that space ship, it'd take absolutely no time due to time contratiction - einstein said so...
also, moving at light speed is obviously impossible, but still the time is always shorter for you when you're moving at a very high speed, so don't come with stuff like "no human can possible survive that long!"
