Profile explanation help

Hi, I'd like to ask how does one change his health and chakra in his profile, I mean how are they calculated?
I looked in the 'general' section and I couldn't find an explanation so that's why I'm asking here
P.S. I'd be thankful if someone told why my signature doesn't show up as well

Health is reputation system, other members can + or - it.
3 Health is required to do it, if I remember correctly.

Chakra... Dunno. Time spent online and posts, I think.

Health: It's basically reputation. People can rate your post, if they vote "+", your health goes up, if they vote "-", it goes down.
Chakra: Depends on postcount, number of threads you made, online time,... pretty much a random number.
Signature: You need to be in a country (usergroup).
