Only works when I'm listening music, without thinking about anything else! And thats it! Im laying, listening to music and singing of course... Only time when I'm relaxed!
U know some time ago my answer wouldnt be just that, but these days, Im always thinking abt something troublesome! Exams, job, what should I from here on... etc!

I suppose it'd be listening to music / playing games, as I use them as
an escape in much the same way that one would use alcohol or drugs.
