Spriting/Animation Tool [Make Your Own Sprites] Empty Spriting/Animation Tool [Make Your Own Sprites]

This tool is called "Graphics Gale" which allows you to make your own sprite and even make it move! This tool is a bit complex but there are tutorials on youtube and on google which you can search up for. Beginners might take a few days to master it. I personally enjoy using it and my rating for this tool is 4/5.
