No, you cant.
nave was the 2nd most important guy in the forum after zxcv. So he opened a group. Do you see many other groups? Not? Well guess why.
You can add them as friend.... And that's it.

Most of those groups are clans in countries. You cannot found your own.

If it's a universal clan... And you get an okay from Storm & probably Z too. Then you might be able to.

I really wouldn't know if a universal clan is an okay thing.

Nave was equally as important as zxcv actually and if you are the head of a clan, you can try reviving Z's old failed NTSDClans site. And than you can have your own sub-forum.

As much asI know Z , he wont aprove of a new universal clan. 2 uni clans already exist here. One is Akatsuki and the other is SoS.
However after you are added to Myo you can join Doc's Battle Sage clan.
