I have tryed this before deepseabyrd and it won't happen. You are a brand new member, you can't just make a Country/Clan straight up. You have long way to go before you can even consider them agreeing to it.

So forget it. Try again in 3/4 years time.

It doesn't matter if hes been here for 3 minutes or 3 years, nothing would change. The only way you'd be allowed to make either is if the forum was over populated and a need for a new country came up, or if he was a respected enough user who's done a lot for this forum. (For the clan thing)

Without either of those two thing's it will never happen.

what do u wanna do after getting ur own group? just get a country like others.. ur no special person man,,
