VPN error

what is VPN error in hamachi?
when I had VPN error ones, I could play with my friend
but now, i can´t
what I would do? can you help me somebody?
I waiting your simple answer. I am not so good in PC things

something i found:
Go to the Start Menu. Type RUN, open RUN. then type services.msc, find the LogmeInHamachi Tunneling Engine and stop the service. After that, start it again.
Then start hamachi again
dont know if it works, as ive never used hamachi or encountered this problem

I confirm that the method in the upper post works, since I myself did the same some time ago to fix the error!
