WAV File Error

Hello! I can't play any version of NTSD 2.4 whether it is the Lightning edition, the full edition, and the normal one. I tried every possible fix that I saw here including uninstalling all of my Visual C++ Redistributable packs and reinstalling 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013. I also tried updating my directX which is currently 11 (I think I also have 10 installed or 9) and updating my graphic's driver. No luck. Please help. The ones that seem to work were the new ones which includes the 2015 edition, Christmas edition and the March release. Thanks!

BTW: I also tried setting compatibility mode to Windows XP and 7 still no luck. The extreme edition works, but it has a ton of bugs including failed transformation and the like (for example Deidara's clay bird and Hiruko to Sasori).

I had win xp now i have win7 and I never had any problems (except that one time when I uninstalled all visual c++, i couldn't open any game)

Well, the one on that link worked, but the transformation thing is bugged. It keeps reverting back to the original, like when I try to make Deidara summon his bird clay, it reverts to the original one. I tried the fix I found on the site and the sprites ain't working properly

Also, there seems to be a bug on the mission mode. I can't proceed since Kakashi ain't doing anything.

Well NTSD was made for win xp and 7.
This is the only version for win8 but it has a lot of bugs.

Oh well. I guess, I'll just wait for the next update. Thanks for the help BTW! ^_^
