Use characters from a specific tier ?? Lol...It'll be very tough if you are given trash tier.Though the idea can be applied to private battles or any unofficial tournament.

I think rock Lee should be in strong tier....

His attacks don't deal that much damage.

I am very disappointed, unless of course it is true that in the NTSD 2 Sasori is only in his puppet form - then the game for it has no meaning, since we all just adore his Hiruko puppet, and then vylazit with this doll when we need it. .. And if you are already in final form, it becomes much more boring to play for this character, it's sad.
If someone suddenly obratitvnimanie to this letter, I would suggest you make a Sasori in his human form (a cloak), and is repelled by this form, for example, two forms of transformation:

А так если ты уже в финальной форме, играть становится намного скучнее за этого персонажа, это печаль.
Если вдруг кто-то обратитвнимание на это письмо, то я хотел бы предложить вам сделать Сасори в своей человеческой форме (с плащём), и уже от этой формы отталкиваться, например две формы трансформации:
1. Призывает Хируку и залезаетв него. (А уже после может вылезти 1 раз)
2. Из формы человека, снимает плащь и обретает форму Марионетки, которая показана на ваших спрайтах.
И да, как же без всеми любимого 3-его Казакаге, на этой кукле Сасори и держиться, ведь это его любимая кукла.)

My disagreement, if you don't mind hearing them-
Sasori is strong tier, not an elite
Orochimaru and Kiba are average tier.
Yamato is strong tier
Shikamaru is average tier.
Naruto is trash tier.
Lee is poor tier.
Again, that's my opinion.

sasori is definitely elite, both of his forms are op

Orochimaru has manda, pro shield, annoying trap, you can control that sword, + AD
kiba is really hard to play, you just have to learn how to play with her. Tenten is also hard to learn but she is good if you know what you can do.

all of his attacks are in one line, if you dont spam cage you are going to lose against strong or elite tier.
Shikamaru isnt nearly as strong as yamato or neji.

naruto has kyuubi + ground attack, he is not nearly as bad as Sai (who is the worst character).

i agree to new list! but i still cant understand how kakashi is as strong is kisame.. i mean he do has all variety of attacks, but they are SLOW.. he should be in the same tier as yamato.. yamato can beat kakashi,,

i feel itachi should be the most strongest. he should be ranked above elite.
