if zxcv want to make an MMORPG ntsd game..
what will you prefer to play the NTSD mod or the NTSD MMORPG???..
where it has also countries that will you choose and have kages...or any ranking of the characters..
and you can also choose what would be your clan and the skill you gain will depends on the country and clan you choose.

every game to make is pain in ass difficult, and takes time.
But there might be ntsd MMORPG so he just asks if ppl would like it.

It sounds good, but think about how long it would take to make something like that, as well as how big of a team you would need to pull off an MMO like that. I like the idea, but it has it's flaws, so you would need to look at those as well.

I'm not even saying he wanted to make it or anyone else for that matter. I'm pointing out that dreaming about something and it actually happening are two different things. Anyone can dream about being a scientist, but if they don't work towards that goal, it's a wasted thing to dream about correct? The same thing applies to this dream. I'm not shooting down his dream at all. I like the idea behind it, but it coming to fruition is slim to none. Why? ok I agree with all you said. But still you tell him to think how much difficult creating the game might be. He dont want to create it. He just invented it and asked if others like it or not.

I get that he doesn't want to make it, but someone if not myself will have to tell him the reasons behind making an MMO be successful. Leaping into something like that will definitely be time-consuming just like Nave pointed out in his post, but it's just a dream after all.

dude i was just taking it as an example.... my point is that there's always people who says that its gonna be hard and takes time... i experience that a lot in my life and when i ignore them and work hard, 95% of the time i came out successful..

If you coded it from scratch, yes. It would suck deeply. But it would be really fun. If ever you strive for greatness, a Naruto-Based MMORPG is the way to go.

The ridiculous majority of Naruto fans would disagree. It would really all depend on the engine used though. Coding and Spriting and all that would take quite a bit of time. Time I'm sure the staffers don't really have as of right now.

well think though just 1 on 1 vs lags a ton. imagine 100 people at the same time. but still it's a mmo of naruto will get tons of money since fans buy everything they sell

1) Lag depends on server size and how many people are online. Generally, most MMO's have no problem with this.
2) More people is a plus depending on your personal preferences.
3) A fan-made Naruto MMO will make 0 money or risk getting sued.
