maybe you registered on eu and downloaded the us version

or vice versa .

or there were 2 usernames
one display name and one login name

NOOB SIVIR

Sivir is actually one of the highest tier support characters if played well. And you totally dominate mid. You just DOMINATE, since you can hit an enemy with your normal attaks at like two times normal shot range, and deal insane damage with her boomerang... and when they wanna gank you, you just spell shield the stun and run away. AND if you go back to base and heal, she will rape your tower instantly unless someone holds it or you have TP...
