Should we add it?
Hamachi rule voting: 20 sec cap
We are voting about this rule:
"If you use a jutsu thrice in a row without 20 seconds gap, it will be termed as a 'SPAM'"
"If you use a jutsu thrice in a row without 20 seconds gap, it will be termed as a 'SPAM'"

About the 20 seconds rule, the lag might cause the match to seem like 50 mins to you but even after the match is over, you'll find the match to be 15 mins in the stats of the match. Follow the 20 seconds rule with the help of the real clock as clocks are our standard times. 60 seconds won't change and be 54 seconds for some as the clock shows current and accurate time for everyone....everyone. If you got some problems with the rules, feel free to speak about it but make sure whether you're right or not.

I'll try to explain it -a lot- simplier way.
When you charge chakra when you play alone, it takes ~4 seconds to get full chakra.
When the game lags, it can take... 10-20 secs.
The time passes, even when you lag.
So is it possible to use same amount of jutsues in 20 (lag) seconds than in 80 normal seconds?
Also, there is a change that the lag changes, so its suddenly x5 and then x7 etc.
If you count to 20, the game only moves same amount what it does when you are charging chakra in normal game.
So the rule is invalid.
The answer is no.

Re: Hamachi rule voting: 20 sec cap
yes it should be there but other guy should have an understand of the real 20 seconds. we arent robo's.. we should wait like a 30 seconds in lag .. that'll be good.
Re: Hamachi rule voting: 20 sec cap
Because there can't be mutual agreement about it, (we don't use chess timer)
There is one way though, someone could make a small timer to lf2 which show the time (game time)
But again, you can't see your opponent all the time.
and btw, its really hard (impossible?) to that to ntsd
edit: Wait, it might be easier, but no one will probably do it.

Chet, is it easy to code a clock which shows your jutsu usage?

You cant count how much time was left (until u dont have a timer near your nose that shows seconds).
First of all u focus on the game + game lags, where sometimes only 1 hit can take 1 minute = any time rule is absurd. Rule like - "do not use the same jutsu thrice in a row" is pretty enough

Re: Hamachi rule voting: 20 sec cap
I was just playing with nakato and zlayo, 3p.
I died first, so I had time to count seconds while they played.
Its impossible.
Our ping were less than 100, so there wasn't lags at all.
I tried to count, but they did different jutsues fast, so I had to count 5-6 different jutsues same time.
So, this rule only works when there is major lag, but the lag also renders counting impossible.
Go on, change your votes.

First of all, I don't really remember the 20 second rule, it could be true that it was there before though.
But Smippa has made some points, which made me realise how ridicilous this rule is - therefore I've voted no.

I too don't have any problem with just 1 rule being added or not. I'm not going to wait and check others' response about this rule as well. I was just with it for it being there before the forum had the 'fu*k you' moment.

Re: Hamachi rule voting: 20 sec cap
Well, there is 11 members online, 7 of them already voted, so there is 4 people left.
But its a pure coincidence.
ONTOPIC
This voting seems to be clear, fix the rules

S, nice that you are sure of your prediction. Might not work sometimes, right?
ONTOPIC: Okay, I'll fix the rule just after sometime as I got some important work to deal with first..
