I particularly like the fact that you can spam the rock throw attack. If enemies can get close enough to you to take down your HP, the healing is a nice backup.

yeah, and the 'earthshake' hit is quite nice to have when you get surrounded or somehow fail at something... like geting some hard hits, use this skill, it gives some time, and then heal up and go to position >]

Lets see. I tried that in battle. It seems that itachi is best since he gets away easily. Sasuke is good since he is very fast and i am best with him.
But that is for 2.4 not 2.3.
