Basically, they have 1-3 users in their country that make sigs and they've made GFX their secondary specialisation which most of the users here don't agree with
It like giving lightning, a country based on playing NTSD, a secondary specialisation of knitting

LOL makes sense, but maybe gfx people will join, like me, since they're the only ones with gfx now i have no other option.
