Not sure if it can be restored but new sections and sub sections can be created by admins so , this incident can be considered as a FORMATTING of the forum.
Now everything needs to begin from scratch.

And if you can restore a country, a sub section then you should be able to do the same with the rest of the forum. If not then as Ankit said you can just recreate them from scratch

KonKisuke was the main Admin but He gave me his account some months ago then the Name was changed to Limbitz, now if i can remember the password of that Limbitz-Account I COULD restore everything, but i dont remember and dont even want to bring it back

So yeah you guys are pretty fucked

1.The forum just got renovated and will still be under renovations for some more days so its not like dead or anything.
2.Nobody gave up or anything , Smouk/chet and the team are still working hard.
3.New progress shall be reposted once the renovations are over.
